Together, our staff offer over 50 years knowledge and experience in the industry. Our company caters to manufacturers, large and small companies, sporting teams and clubs. We can meet all embroidery needs using garments supplied by Quality Uniforms or by the client themselves.
Embroidery is most commonly used when clients are looking at branding small area’s of apparel (pockets, sleeves, caps) or when a professional long lasting approach is required. We use some of the latest digitising equipment, offering you sound professional advice on setting up your logo for embroidery. Prior to monogramming any items we provide either a computer generated or physical sample of your embroidered logo for approval, ensuring that your are satisfied with the reproduction of logo in this media.
Direct Embroidery
Direct to garment embroidery is the most common form of embroidery and is how 99% of our jobs are done. Garments are loaded onto our multi head embroidery machines and the logo is stitched directly on / through the item being embroidered. This method of branding is very permanent and in most cases will outlast the item being branded
3D Cap Embroidery
3D embroidery will certainly make your logo/design stand out from the crowd on this ever popular uniform/promotional item. Please note that not all logo's however are applicable for this method of branding. There are certain limitations with this process relating to fine detail and large areas of fill. Patches
Patches are a method of embroidery where the logo / design is embroidered onto a piece of fabric (normally drill or poplin) instead of the garment itself. The fabric is then cut out to shape before having the edge over locked to finish. Patches can then be stored or sold to be applied to a wide variety of products at a later date by sewing them on.
Pricing for embroidery is determined by the number of stitches involved in recreating your logo at the desired size. A one off fee is charged for the initial set up of the embroidery file which is then held by Quality Uniforms for your future use. The unit price for embroidery is also determined by the number of stitches involved in the logo and is not affected by either the number of colours.

Please note there is minimum charge of $12.00 +GST per logo / position on a single order with embroidery
