Our Returns Policy – Simple & Transparent

• ✓ Sample Returns Only – We accept returns of one unit per style, colour, and size. If you're unsure about a product, we recommend ordering a single unit as a sample before placing a bulk order. We do not accept returns of multiple units in the same style, colour, or size.
• ✓ No Return Fees! – We no longer charge a return fee, but you'll need to cover the cost of shipping the items back to us.
• ✓ Returns Available Only in New Zealand – Our return service is available only for customers within New Zealand.
• ✓ 14-Day Return Window – You have 14 days from the date we shipped your order to request a return. Make sure you return the items within this timeframe!

Easy Return Process

• • Email us at info@qualityuniforms.co.nz with your order details.
• • If approved, we'll send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.
• • This RAN number must be clearly marked on the return package to be processed.
• • Please note: Items must be returned within 14 days of shipment.

No Exchanges, Only Store Credit or Refunds

✓ We don't offer direct exchanges. Instead, you'll receive store credit or a refund, which you can use to reorder your preferred size, colour, or style.

Condition of Returns

• • Have original tags attached
• • Be in their original packaging
• • Be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition
• • Include all original accessories and packaging
• 🔹 Items with altered or damaged tags/bags will incur a $3.00 repackaging fee per garment.

Printed, Altered, or Soiled Items Cannot Be Returned

Please check all garments before printing, embroidering, or altering them in any way. We cannot accept returns for:

• • Incorrect colours, sizes, or styles if the garment has already been customized.
• • Faulty or incorrect items if they have been printed or altered in any way.

Shipping & Refunds

• • If your order qualified for free shipping and you return the entire order, we will deduct the initial shipping cost from your refund.
• • Customers must cover all return shipping costs and send the item(s) to our returns centre using the RAN number provided.
• • No refund or credit will be issued without proof of purchase or if requested information is omitted.
• • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal).

Refund Timeline

✓ You will not receive a refund until we have received and inspected your returned items. However, in exceptional cases, our Customer Service Manager may approve a refund before we receive the goods.

JB's Wear Return Policy

At Quality Uniforms, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. However, JB's Wear products have specific return conditions that must be followed:

• ✓ Restocking Fee & Freight Charges – A $15.00 restocking fee applies to all JB's Wear returns, along with any applicable shipping costs.
• ✓ 7-Day Return Window – All returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 business days from the date of product delivery.

If your items arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective, please email us at info@qualityuniforms.co.nz with clear photos of the following:

• 1️⃣ Packing Slip
• 2️⃣ The damaged/incorrect garment
• 3️⃣ Garment tag
