Finding the right fit is easy when you measure correctly! Since sizes vary by brand, always check the size chart on each product page before purchasing.

All measurements are in centimeters (cm).
Sizes are based on half chest measurements (the garment’s width when laid flat, not your body size).

1. Garment Comparison Measurement

What is Half Chest Measurement?

The half chest measurement is taken across a garment when laid flat.
This helps match the best size based on your chest width.

How to Measure ?

Lay a well-fitting garment (T-shirt, hoodie, or top) flat on a hard surface.
Smooth out any wrinkles for accuracy.
Start by measuring the chest width. For this, stretch a tape measure across the front, from one side seam to the other, just one centimeter (1 cm) below the armhole.
Take a photo or write it down.
All measurements of our garments are based on half chest measurements and are in centimeters (cm)
Check the product size chart for the corresponding size

Example:
A 50 cm half chest measurement means the garment fits snugly on someone with a 100 cm chest. For a comfortable fit, choose a garment with a doubled half chest measurement slightly larger than your chest size, depending on fabric stretch and preferred fit.

2. Body Measurement Guide

Use a flexible tape measure and keep one finger between the tape and your body for comfort.

Chest – Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms.

Waist – Measure around your natural waistline.

Hips – Measure around the fullest part of your hips (20-24 cm below your waist).

Easy & Hassle-Free Returns at Quality Uniforms

At Quality Uniforms, we understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky. That's why we offer a fair and flexible returns policy—even if you simply change your mind! However, since we are a wholesaler, there are a few important terms and conditions you'll need to follow. Please read them carefully before making a return.

Our Returns Policy – Simple & Transparent

✓ Sample Returns Only – We accept returns of one unit per style, colour, and size. If you're unsure about a product, we recommend ordering a single unit as a sample before placing a bulk order. We do not accept returns of multiple units in the same style, colour, or size.
✓ No Return Fees! – We no longer charge a return fee, but you'll need to cover the cost of shipping the items back to us.
✓ Returns Available Only in New Zealand – Our return service is available only for customers within New Zealand.
✓ 14-Day Return Window – You have 14 days from the date we shipped your order to request a return. Make sure you return the items within this timeframe!

Easy Return Process

• Email us at info@qualityuniforms.co.nz with your order details.
• If approved, we'll send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.
• This RAN number must be clearly marked on the return package to be processed.
• Please note: Items must be returned within 14 days of shipment.

No Exchanges, Only Store Credit or Refunds

✓ We don't offer direct exchanges. Instead, you'll receive store credit or a refund, which you can use to reorder your preferred size, colour, or style.

Condition of Returns

• Have original tags attached
• Be in their original packaging
• Be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition
• Include all original accessories and packaging
🔹 Items with altered or damaged tags/bags will incur a $3.00 repackaging fee per garment.

Printed, Altered, or Soiled Items Cannot Be Returned

Please check all garments before printing, embroidering, or altering them in any way. We cannot accept returns for:

• Incorrect colours, sizes, or styles if the garment has already been customized.
• Faulty or incorrect items if they have been printed or altered in any way.

Shipping & Refunds

• If your order qualified for free shipping and you return the entire order, we will deduct the initial shipping cost from your refund.
• Customers must cover all return shipping costs and send the item(s) to our returns centre using the RAN number provided.
• No refund or credit will be issued without proof of purchase or if requested information is omitted.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal).

Refund Timeline

✓ You will not receive a refund until we have received and inspected your returned items. However, in exceptional cases, our Customer Service Manager may approve a refund before we receive the goods.

JB's Wear Return Policy

At Quality Uniforms, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. However, JB's Wear products have specific return conditions that must be followed:

✓ Restocking Fee & Freight Charges – A $15.00 restocking fee applies to all JB's Wear returns, along with any applicable shipping costs.
✓ 7-Day Return Window – All returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 business days from the date of product delivery.
